Service Bell

Teaming up with my cousin Mike, we developed a simple but effective Service Bell. After initially getting rejected by Apple due to lack of functionality, the Service Bell was released on February 3rd and has been a pretty big hit for such a simple application. The app worked its way up to #40 in the Entertainment category (free) and then shortly after took a turn for the worse as newer apps gained rank, dropping the app down a couple (dozen) notches. :)

    I can’t get it to work. Sound is on and working. Looks simple enough (do I simply tap the bell?), but nothing happens.
    Help is appreciated.
    Again, I checked sound levels and speaker obstructions.
