How do the promo codes work? I don’t want to snag a freebie, I’m just curious.

@Andrew Warner Welp, once posted, you have to head over to iTunes and click redeem. That is where you enter in the promo code so you can ‘redeem’ GV Mobile for free.

@gerald LOL, skip a dollar menu lunch for a day, and hook yourself up with this app. Tis what I did. You wont regret it. But I admit, ’twas hard to skip my indulgence in 2 McChickens, and a McDouble at 2.99

@sean, I know it may sound premature, but is there a “to do” list for GVmobile 1.3? Ive got a request for some kind of in app (and maybe a icon badge) for unread unheard voicemails/sms messages.

Thanks again for all your hard work maing! Im a big fan!

    Sean,
You already know I’m a big fan of your app, but I have a few requests and/or suggestions that will make GV Mobile more appealing. Here they are:

    The voicemail tab
    1. A confirmation is necessary to avoid accidental deletion of
    voicemails. Currently, it just deletes.
    2. It would be nice to add the times info besides the names or numbers
with the dates, that way we know when the calls were received.
    3. Also adding a right arrow to reveal more info would be excellent as
that would show more info on the calls like (name, numbers, date,
    time, call length, etc.)

    The history tab
    1. The information is very nicely displayed with the little icons for
missed, received, and placed calls, but adding the times info is very
important besides just the names or numbers with the dates, that way
we know when the calls were made.
    2. Also adding a right arrow to reveal more info would be excellent as
that would show more info on the calls like (name, numbers, date,
    time, call length, etc.)
    3. The word History on top of the page would be replaced with the
    following 4 options:

    – All: (default) to display the history; no change to the logic.
    – Missed: to display missed calls.
    – Placed: to display outbound calls.
    – Received: to display received calls.

These are very simple changes to implement, but they are very important. The logic is basically there because you’ve already identified these calls in the history tab with the colored icons.

Offline Dialing: this is the only major feature I’d like in the next update (this is a must for me). You already have the logic as well because you have already done that, but decided to yank it out due to the length of time it takes to dial. This is a needed feature for us to use when we need it.

The app seems pretty stable, and I have no complains at all. The swipe to delete feature is very very handy, and GV Mobile is working as advertised.

I hope I’ve been clear, but if you have any questions on clarification just let me know.

    Thanks for a great app.
