    I’m also getting lots of repeated text notifications – It’s driving me nuts! Server problems?

    @Paul server had some down time..it fulfils unsent messages. im going to change this behavior..

    This is an amazing update!

    That being said, I have one small issue. I haven’t had the SMS crash, but when I am composing a new text message, there is a strange vertical(thin) line right in the middle within the compose box. Any fixes for this?

    I think it’s worth mentioning that I use an iPod Touch 2G. The app, on an iPhone 3GS, doesn’t seem to have this issue.

    Like Dan, I am having the issue with the vertical line in the compose window, but only in normal mode. The line goes away in landscape mode. I am using an iPhone 3G on OS 3.1.3.
    Outside of this issue, this app is fantastic. I ditched my AT&T texting plan and am now exclusive to GV, all because of how reliable this app is. Thanks Sean.

    So i downloaded the gv mobile plus account and i try to sign in but it doesnt let me any help? I have the 2.2 version

    So how exactly do you make a call now? Especially if someone isn’t in your app list. You cant click someone to call. You click the call button and the number never comes up. You click the reply arrow and hit call and it never puts the number up either. It’s “pretty”, but non functional.

      A fix is coming…back in the old days people actually typed in numbers. Crazy old people!

    I just switched to this app from the original Google Voice app and I was wondering if the picture messaging only worked sending to other google voice numbers or what. I sent a picture to a friend and it only showed her like a link to the picture… am I doing something wrong?

      Since GV doesn’t support mms, I built mms to work similarly to twitter picturing (hosted on other sites with links).

    I get the error – Invalid response from google (general) sometimes when trying to send a text. Also, sometimes i’ll be expecting a text and after a while of no push i look at it and it says something like google timeout.. And then i refresh and i got the text 15 minutes ago! I understand it might be my device or connection, but could you maybe make it so that it keeps trying to reconnect even if it does timeout? Or send the timeout notice AS a push notification maybe?

    P.S. Great app, only thing ive spent money on as far as apps go and totally worth it for a working GV app.
