Email if you want to discuss experiences with iOS 5 on a 3Gs.

I understand that it’s “beta” software and what not, but I’m hoping to see limited support for iOS5. This is the only app i have that outright crashes on launch. I have to try and load it at least 3-5 times before it will not crash and pull up the info in my account. Once it doesn’t crash, it seems to work great. Backgrounding doesn’t work either.

Thanks for making the best GV app!

This latest version crashes on launch most of the time on my iPad. No problems before.

Delete the app and re-install. Nothing has really changed… If you have OS5 installed, that is your problem.

I do get a few errors with the new update, I have to hit send 2 or 3 times to get it to go thru. Mainly if its a longer text.
I forget what it said but will look next time and post it.

    Sean
How do you send a text to a number with 5 numbers in it?
Trying to follow someone on twitter and it gives you a 5 number 40404 to text a word to
so it will set it up and then it will text you back if they post via twitter?
I cant seem to text to any thing other than a regular phone number, 10 digits.
    Hope this made sense.

Windowman, unfortunately the SMS function provided by the Google Voice service does not currently support sending text messages to short codes like the one you mentioned. This is a requested feature Google is aware of.

Hi Sean. The latest update crashes after 5 seconds or so on my iPhone 4 running 4.3.3. No issues before
