As many may have noticed, the app is missing from the App Store. I removed the app after the 2nd failed update in order to prevent other users from installing. I immediately corrected the problem and sent it over to Apple that same day (almost 2 weeks ago). The app was reviewed for 2 days [...]
This update brings all the features of the last less annoying crashes and the fixed action menu (make calls, etc).

This update improves Bluetooth keyboard support and some additional iOS5 compatibility tweaks.

Oooops. If you haven’t updated yet, don’t. If you have, I have an update in with Apple to address the chronic crashing during SMS viewing. I’ve expedited the update, pending they allow it, so it should be available in 2-3 days.
This update brings better support for the iPad and some minor speed enhancements.
The biggest pain with the picture messaging thus far has been its failure rate. Failure as in being able to send one. This was entirely due to the URL shortening – making gvmobileservices.appspot.com/p?img=XXXXXXX look like goo.gl/XXXXX. For Google’s own protection, they have many safe guards in place to prevent spammers killing their URL shortening service. [...]
I finally got around to switching hosts and all the fun things that go along with doing so. Just glad to be off Blodaddy. Anyway, I still have to migrate the forum over…fun. GV Mobile was not impacted during the move.
